Start with the building block

Your body uses NMN to make NAD+, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism.

Know your daily amount

500 mg of NMN in every capsule, clearly disclosed.

Plant-derived supporting ingredients

A cellulose capsule and Nu-FLOW® from rice hulls keep the formula straightforward.

Two months of consistency

One capsule a day, with 60 daily servings in each bottle.

NMN is everywhere right now. But what does it actually do?

Every ingredient has a reason to be here.

NMN is the focus. The plant-derived capsule holds it, and Nu-FLOW® from rice hulls helps prevent clumping during capsule filling. That gives you a straightforward formula with a clear purpose for the supporting ingredients, too.

A plant-derived approach

Cellulose for the capsule. Rice hulls for the flow aid.

What to expect from your first three months.

Build a daily habit. Get to know what human NMN studies have found. Study checkpoints are not a schedule of promised results. These trials tested other NMN preparations, doses and populations.

  1. A change measured in blood.

    • A small human trial found higher whole-blood NAD+ after four weeks of daily NMN.
    • That tells us about a cellular marker. It does not tell us how energetic someone feels.

  2. Early findings on physical performance.

    • A 60-day trial reported better results in a six-minute walking test.
    • Findings are mixed: a separate eight-week trial in runners found no endurance benefit from 500 mg daily.

  3. Take stock of how you feel.

    • One 12-week study in older adults reported better sleep-quality scores with daily NMN.
    • Look back at your sleep, daytime energy and activity before deciding whether to continue.

How to read the research

Blood NAD+ is a laboratory measurement, not a score for energy, sleep or longevity. Physical-function and sleep findings vary between trials. Study duration is also different from the day a person first feels a change.

No finished-product trial for this Infinite Labs formula was reviewed. A 24-week study also found higher blood NAD+ without improved physical function. Read the 2026 trial ↗

Why NAD+ matters as we age.

NAD+ helps cells turn nutrients into usable energy. Researchers also study how this coenzyme changes with age.

How NAD+ levels change with ageA schematic curve, not plotted measurements. NAD+ levels hold steady through early adulthood, peak around age 20, fall most steeply between 30 and 50, and flatten through later life. Markers sit at the peak around age 20 and at roughly half that level around age 40.1020304050607080AgeNAD+ LevelsPEAK NAD+ LEVELS50% DECLINE

About this chart

This curve is a schematic. It shows the shape researchers describe — NAD+ holding through early adulthood, falling most steeply through middle age, then flattening — and it is not plotted from a dataset. The vertical axis has no scale for that reason, and the marked ages are indicative rather than measured thresholds.

For measured values, the study below reports brain NAD+ of about 0.318 μmol/g at age 21 and 0.273 at age 68 in 17 healthy adults. That is a far smaller decline than this shape suggests, over a single tissue, and it is not an NMN treatment result.

How NMN gets converted to NAD+

Follow one studied route from NMN to NAD+, then see how cells use and recycle this coenzyme.

A biochemical pathway, not a timetable of supplement results. Uptake and metabolism differ between tissues and routes of administration.

  1. Start with a building block.

    • NMN is nicotinamide mononucleotide: a nicotinamide base, a ribose sugar and a phosphate group. It sits within the network of pathways cells use to make NAD+.
  2. A phosphate can come off.

    • In one studied route, enzymes outside cells remove NMN’s phosphate group to form nicotinamide riboside (NR). NR can enter cells through nucleoside transporters. This is one route, rather than a required step in every tissue.
  3. NR can be rebuilt into NMN.

    • Inside the cell, nicotinamide riboside kinase (NRK) can add a phosphate to NR. The result is NMN, available for the next NAD+ synthesis reaction.
  4. NMNAT makes NAD+.

    • Nicotinamide mononucleotide adenylyltransferase (NMNAT) combines NMN with ATP to form NAD+. This enzymatic reaction supplies NAD+ for cellular metabolism and other NAD+-dependent processes.
  5. Used by cells. Recycled through salvage.

    • NAD+ cycles with NADH during energy metabolism. Other enzymes, including sirtuins and PARPs, consume NAD+ and release NAM. NAMPT can recycle NAM into NMN, which NMNAT can then use to make NAD+ again.
About this pathway

This is a simplified biochemical explanation, based largely on cell and animal research. Oral NMN can be metabolized before reaching tissues; not every dose follows the NR route shown here. Researchers continue to investigate uptake mechanisms.

The clips are non-AI stock animations used as conceptual illustrations. They do not show the actual NMN molecule, specific enzyme reactions or the effects of this supplement.

Questions about NMN

Who is this formula for?

Adults who want to make cellular wellness part of a consistent routine and prefer one capsule a day. It is designed to fit alongside the everyday habits that support wellbeing.

What is the difference between NMN and NAD+?

NMN is a precursor—a building block the body uses to make NAD+. NAD+ is the coenzyme itself. You do not need to take both to choose an NMN routine.

When will I notice a difference?

There is no guaranteed timeline or promised feeling. Human research on NMN is still developing. We focus on a clearly disclosed formula and realistic expectations, rather than overnight results.

Why use a rice-hull ingredient?

Nu-FLOW® helps prevent the powder blend from clumping during capsule filling. Made from rice hulls, it is a plant-derived alternative to silicon dioxide.
