The capsules themselves are a reasonable size and easy to take. It's also convenient that the serving is contained in a single capsule rather than requiring several capsules each day.

My biggest complaint has absolutely nothing to do with the supplement itself. The bottle is ridiculously oversized for the amount inside. The 30 capsules only fill roughly 30% of the container, so when you first open it, it almost looks like you're missing most of the product. A bottle about half this size would make much more sense and create less unnecessary packaging.

Packaging is good and the capsules are straightforward to add to a daily routine. I haven't noticed anything dramatic enough that I could confidently attribute to the supplement, though. Fine from a usability standpoint, but don't expect an immediately obvious effect.

If you have ever looked at a fancy NR or NMN bottle and thought, "That’s cute, but what if we just swallowed NAD+ like a vitamin," this is the product that heard you.

The label design is refreshingly direct. You get a single hero ingredient—500 mg of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide—paired with 2.5 mg of BioPerine black pepper extract for absorption. There are no decorative herb blends and no proprietary matrices hiding the actual amounts. At roughly $1.67 per capsule, you are not in bargain-bin territory, but for a label that says 500 mg of pure NAD+, the price looks surprisingly reasonable. The catch is whether that number means what you hope it means once it hits a human digestive tract.

The tension here comes down to biological plausibility rather than label honesty. Swallowing a massive dose of intact coenzyme sounds like a shortcut, but human gut physiology tells a different story. In the gastrointestinal tract, enzymes and stomach acid break intact NAD+ down into smaller B3 intermediates before absorption can occur. The entire reason researchers developed precursors like NR and NMN was because raw, unencapsulated NAD+ gets dismantled in the gut rather than reaching cells intact.

If you have ever wanted your mitochondria to feel like the main character in a longevity podcast ad read, this is pretty much that experience in capsule form. These come in a tamperproof bottle that is about 5X larger than it needs to be as you can see in the picture. You open up this larger bottle and see it's only about 20% full of pills. Seems like a waste of packaging material and space. The pills are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. It does not upset my stomach or have any kind of smell. They do give me a headache within 1 hour of taking them so I have started taking it right before I go to bed, so I can sleep through the headache.

I've tried a ton of life-extension and longevity supplements at this point, so I've gotten to where I almost think I can "feel" when something is working. Realistically, that's probably at least partly placebo. It's pretty hard to tell what's actually happening at the cellular level (maybe ask me in 40 years). I've been taking this NAD+ for a while and I do seem to feel good on it. Again, I'm not going to claim I can actually feel my NAD+ levels increasing or my cells suddenly functioning better, because that's not really how this stuff works. You;re getting NAD+ with a small amount of BioPerine rather than a giant proprietary blend with a dozen ingredients thrown in. At this point, I'm less interested in whether a supplement gives me some dramatic sensation and more interested in building a consistent longevity routine. This fits nicely into that. Whether I'm genuinely noticing something or my brain is convincing me I am, I'm happy with it and plan to keep using it.

I've used NAD+ supplements before, so I was happy to give this one a try. Each capsule provides 500 mg of NAD+ and also includes BioPerine black pepper extract. I also appreciate that the capsules are vegan, non-GMO, and the product is listed as third-party tested.

The capsules themselves are a reasonable size and easy to take. It's also convenient that the serving is contained in a single capsule rather than requiring several capsules each day.

Aside from the excessive bottle size, I'm very happy with the supplement itself. The formula is straightforward, the dosage is clearly labeled, and the capsules are easy to incorporate into my normal supplement routine. I'll continue taking them and would happily use this brand again.
